National and International Organizations

The Invisible Disabilities Association of Canada is a non profit group made up of volunteers who give their time to assist those with disabilities resulting from Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Fibromyalgia, Environmental Sensitivities, and associated illnesses.

The National ME/FM Action Network is a Canadian, register, non-profit organization dedicated to advancing the recognition and understanding of Myalgic Encephalomyelitis/Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and Fibromyalgia Syndrome through education, advocacy, support and research. M.E Sufferers (Malta) is a Maltese website that aims to inform people about the incapacitating and complex chronic condition called M.E (myalgic encephalomyelitis), which is highly unrecognized in Malta.

MERGE - ME Research Group for Education and Support - National UK charity funding, high-quality biomedical research into Myalgic Encephalomyelitis (also known as ME/CFS). This group also assists in getting stories of those with ME out to the public.

The National Alliance for Myalgic Encephalomyelitis was established to address the issues of recognition and definition, and to raise awareness of this devastating neuroimmune disease that has afflicted nearly a million people in the U.S. and millions worldwide.

Chronic Fatigue/Fibromyalgia Organization of Georgia - Georgia's Beacon of Hope for those with CFS and Fibromyalgia.

Massachusetts CFIDS/FM Association - Association and web site maintained by volunteers, and updated quarterly with Massachusetts state organizational information

Network ME is a now firmly established registered charity providing vital services to those suffering from ME/CFS in North London and the surrounding counties.

The New Jersey Chronic Fatigue Syndrome Association - The New Jersey CFS Association, Inc., is a not-for-profit, tax exempt organization whose purpose is to support patients, disseminate reliable information, and promote research. It sponsors a wide range of activities, including: support groups, newsletter, phone list, statewide conferences, informational helpline, and interfacing with the CFS community.

PANDORA -- Marla McKibben's Florida-based advocacy group does a great job with national as well as local advocacy. The group's goal is "to make a contribution to the process of finding a cure for Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS) Fibromyalgia (FMS) and other Neuroendocrineimmune disorders". They also have an email list.

Rocky Mountain CFIDS/Fibromyalgia Association - The Rocky Mountain CFIDS / FMS Association is a Denver Colorado based non-profit organization for those affected by and treat Chronic Fatigue Immune Dysfunction Syndrome (CFIDS / CFS) and Fibromyalgia (FMS).

The Wisconsin CFS Association - A clearinghouse for CFS information within the state of Wisconsin

The Vermont CFIDS Association - The Burlington-based Vermont Association works diligently on behalf of those with CFIDS both in the state of Vermont and beyond.
